Joint venture agreement with Spanish architectural firm

BOSCH ARCHITECTURE with headquarters in New York City signed a strategic alliance agreement with Spanish architectural studio ARQTEL on September 13 of 2006.  The agreement was signed in the office of Bosch Architecture’s mid-Manhanttan office with Jorge Bosch, principal of BOSCH ARCHITECTURE, and Lorenzo Barrionuevo representing the Spanish firm.

This agreement will allow both companies to develop joint ventures projects in the territories of Spain, the United States, and Paraguay.  In this way BOSCH ARCHITECTURE’S reach is widened to include Spain, a country with bustling architectural and construction activity.

It is notable to mention that ARQTEL has offices and projects undergoing construction in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, and Beijing, China.
